Helping others feel good mentally and physically through fitness and health is my biggest passion. I specialize in many fitness categories ranging from injury prevention/rehab to fat-loss. I am also the owner of Xhale Fitness. I was born and raised in Covina, CA where I also received a BS in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University. My favorite things to do are going to the beach, cooking/baking, trying new foods/restaurants and hiking.

CAsgerStart your weekend off right with a fun and challenging 60 min workout. Includes a warm up, strength training, cardo, stretching and Q&A. Any age and fitness levels are welcome. Please check the events page to make your reservation.
Personalized one-on-one trainging for you, your lifestyle and your goals. Recieve a customuzed plan that will put you ahead of the game. Traingin will include stretching/mobility work, routine check-ins/measurements, nutrition assistance, at home workouts and accountability. Womans only small group classes containgn 1-5 women at a time. The perfect option for those who want to improve their health, build strength, improve their golfing game and loose fat.
