Helping others feel good mentally and physically through fitness and health is my biggest passion. I specialize in many fitness categories ranging from injury prevention/rehab to fat-loss. I am also the owner of Xhale Fitness. I was born and raised in Covina, CA where I also received a BS in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University. My favorite things to do are going to the beach, cooking/baking, trying new foods/restaurants and hiking.
